Botanical name for Garcinia is Garcinia cambogia. And common name are garcinia cambogia, garcinia, Malabar tamarind, brindle berry.

Garcinia is a small to medium-sized tree that grows in India and Southeast Asia. The fruit rind contains the chemical hydroxycitric acid (HCA).

The mesh size we provide is generally between 40-80 mesh.

We test total heavy metals, lead, arsenic, mercury, and cadmium in our products. These heavy metals by numerous studies are purported to be toxic for human consumption beyond certain limits and are known carcinogens. We also ensure that our product complies with California prop 65 regulations for lead content below 0.5 ppm levels.

In order to prevent and control biological hazards, we ensure that microbial parameters in our products comply with microbial limits as specified by the American Herbal Product Association (AHPA). We generally test total plate count (TPC), Yeast and mold, E Coli & Salmonella in our products.

Genetically modified organisms may pose significant and challenging risks to food safety. We do not accept turmeric powder from the farms and facilities where GMO crops are grown and processed.
