Payment Terms
Understanding our payment requirements
- Unless credit terms have been pre-approved, payment is required in advance of order fulfillment.
- All payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments are subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually), or the maximum rate permitted by law.
- Returned checks incur a $25 processing fee.
- Failure to pay on the agreed terms will void any discounts, and the order will revert to standard wholesale pricing.
- Customers are responsible for any collection costs, including legal fees, in the event of non-payment.
