Tribulus terrestris is a annual taproot, herbaceous plant of Zygophyllaceae family. This is also known as caltrop, bindii, devil's-weed, puncture vine, etc. Its fruit bears burs, where seeds are stacked on the top. It has many phytochemicals like- flavonoids, flavonol glycosides, steroidal saponins, and alkaloids. It helps in enhancing strength and also possess other medicinal properties.
