Sea Lettuce contains many phytochemical constituents like polysaccharides compounds like xyloglucan, glucuronan, sulfated heteropolymer, L-rhamnose, D-glucuronic acid, D-glucose, D-xylose, L-iduronic acid, aldobiouronic acids, Beta-D-glucuronic acid, phenolic compounds, terpenoids, nitrogen derivatives and mycosporine-like amino acids. Green lettuce contains good source of minerals like vitamin A, K. Intake of the Green Sea Lettuce is good for eye and bone health.
