The production process begins with the careful foraging of wild Chaga mushrooms, which involves sustainably harvesting the fungus from the trees without damaging the host tree. Harvesting usually takes place in winter or early spring when the mushrooms are at their peak potency. The Chaga is carefully cut from the tree bark, cleaned to remove any dirt or impurities, and then dried using low-temperature methods to preserve its beneficial compounds.
