Cassia cinnamon is also known as chinese cassia or chinese cinnamon, primarily used for its aromatic bark. It is native to South China, also found in many parts of south Asia. It is an evergreen tall tree, with greyish bark and hard and elongated leaves. Cinnamon consists of many phytochemicals like Cinnamaldehyde, Eugenol, camphor, Cinnamic acid, etc.
