Major active components of eugenol, the volatile oil, ursolic acid, rosemarinic acid, caryophyllene, oleanolic acid, carotenoids, chlorophyll. It is a well-known ayurvedic medicine. It is also rich in Vitamin A, C, and K and minerals like calcium, iron, zinc, Manganese. It is rich in antioxidants. Intake of these leaves is good for the immune system, brain, heart, gut health.
