It is native to China. Catechin, Gallocatechin, Gallocatechin gallate, Caffein, theanine, saponins, fluorine, aminobutyric acid, chlorophyll are the major active components in green tea. It is also a good source of vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin B2, Vitamin C, folic acid, beta carotene, Vitamin E, Potassium, Calcium, Phosphorus, manganese. These leaves are a good source of antioxidants. Intake of green tea is good for tooth, heart, brain, circulatory system, liver health
