          Coleus is commonly known as Makandi, Kaffir potato, and Forskohlii which belongs to the family of Lamiaceae. It is a medicinal herb and grows near Nepal, India, and Thailand. Phenolics, tannins, terpenoids, alkaloids, and saponins are the major active component of the ColeusIt also contains oleanolic acid, betulinic acid, alpha-cedrene, chamaecydinSuperoxide dismutase, peroxidase, and catalase-like enzymatic antioxidants are present in the root of this herb. The leaves, root stems, and all parts of the Coleus plant have great medicinal value. Coleus is rich in vitamins and minerals having many health beneficial role.

          The synonym of Coleus Forskohlii are Plectranthus barbatus, Coleus forskalaei ,  Coleus hadiensis.

          No, it’s insoluble in water but soluble in Alcohol.
