Green tea is made from the leaves of Camellia sinensis that originated from China. It has many Polyphenols like - epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), epicatechins, and flavanols. There are three kinds of flavonoids like kaempferol, quercetin and myricetin. Traditionally, it is considered to promote health.
