Alkaloids, Coumarins, Flavonoids, Glycosides, Limonene, Myrcene, Phenols, Phthalides, and Steroids are the major bioactive compounds found in these seeds. These small seeds are rich in essential minerals like calcium, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, magnesium, and iron.
