Product Use |
The production of Bifidobacterium typically begins with the cultivation of specific strains in controlled laboratory environments. This involves selecting strains known for their probiotic properties and culturing them in specialized growth media that provide the necessary nutrients for growth and replication. Harvesting Bifidobacterium involves carefully collecting the cultured bacteria once they have reached the desired concentration and viability. The bacteria are then processed to remove growth media and other impurities. Depending on the intended application, Bifidobacterium may be freeze-dried or encapsulated to maintain its viability during storage and transportation.
