It’s a total combination of Lactobacillus species like - L.acidophilus, L.rhamnosus, L.paracasei, L.fermentum, L.plantrum, L.gasserei, L.amylovorus, L.reuteri, L.salvarius; Bifidobacterium species like- Bifidobacterium bifidum, B.longum, B.infantis, B.animalis, B.lactis, B.breve and Bacillus species like- Bacillus coagulans, Bacillus subtilis. It’s good to for gut health.
