Schisandrins A, Schisandrins B and Schisandrins C, γ-schisandrin, schisanthenol, deoxyschisandrin, gomisins A, gomisins G are the major active componets in Schisandra berry. It is a powerhouse of potent Antioxidants that inhibit lipid peroxidation and help in stabilizing reactive free oxygen radicles that can harm your cells. It is also rich in vitamins and minerals. These berries are good for brain and liver health.
