Hyperoside, tiliroside, rutin, quercetin, catechin, astragali-like flavonoids present in Rosehip. It is a good source of antioxidants that help in stabilizing the unstabilized free radicles. Vitamin C and vitamin E are present in a good amount in this fruit. Rosehip is very nutritious because it is rich in minerals and vitamins. It has several uses in the food and dietary industry. Consumption of this fruit is good for heart health.

No, Rose Hips Powder is not same as Rose Powder as the species of Rose Hips is Rosa canina whereas the species of Rose is Rosa rubiginosa and the plant part used in Rose Hips is fruit while in Rose powder flower is used.

Rose Hips are particularly rich in vitamin-c and it also contain carotenoids like beta-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin and lycopene, etc.
