It has good nutritional value as it rich in Vitamins like Vitamin A, B1, C, E, folic acid, contains aminoacids such as asparagine, arginine, tyrosine, and minerals like Mg, P, Ca, Fe. Chinese asparagus is good for the lungs, throat and stomach health.
