Hydroxycinnamic acid, flavanols, and anthocyanin are the major active components present in Aronia berry. Polyphenol plays the main role in the highest bioactivity of Aronia berry. These berries are a good source of powerful antioxidants like quercetin, which provides protection to cells in our body against potent unstabilized free radicles. It is an excellent source of minerals like Ca, K, Mg, and essential vitamins such as vitamin C, Folate, Vitamin B Complex. It has many health benefits.
