Allicin, Alliin, diallyl sulfide, diallyl disulfide, diallyl trisulfide, and S-allyl-cysteine are the primary active components of the garlic bulbs. Garlic has a very strong smell and delicious taste, the reason it is a popular ingredient in Asian kitchens. Garlic is well known for its medicinal properties. It is highly nutritious with low calories and rich content of antioxidants. Consumption of garlic may enhance the immune system and promote heart, liver, bone, and brain health.

The biological source of Garlic is Allium sativum.

Garlic has the sulphur containing compounds like allicin, ajoene, diallyl polysulfides, vinyldithiins and S-allylcysteine as well as enzymes, saponins and flavonoids.

Irradiation leads to chemical reactions that alter the food and alter nutritional content, sensor for quality of food and even the phytochemical. Hence, we do not accept irradiated Garlic Extract Powder 1% Allicin to the product’s organic integrity.

We test total heavy metals, lead, arsenic, mercury and cadmium in our products. These heavy metals by numerous studies are purported to be toxic for human consumption beyond certain limits and are known carcinogens. We also ensure that our product complies with California prop 65 regulations for lead content below 0.5 ppm levels.

The Garlic Extract Powder 1% Allicin, which we supply, is wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, soy-free. It doesn’t possess any kind of allergen or gluten substances in it.

Genetically modified organisms can be a threat to food safety. We do not accept Garlic Extract Powder 1% Allicin from the facilities where GMOs are manufactured, processed, or produced.
