Its leaves and leaf bud are used for the tea that belongs to the family Theaceae. It is mainly grown in the Assam region of India. These teas are a powerhouse of antioxidants that reduces the effect of harmful free radicals. This is good for the heart, brain, skin, liver, and bone health.
