Biotin commonly known as Vitamin B7, also known as vitamin H. It is a good source of energy which is mostly sourced from Avocados, Nuts, Seeds, Sweet potatoes, etc. It is a water-soluble vitamin, which acts as a coenzyme involved in digestion of carbohydrate, synthesis of fatty acid, etc. It is generally stable in room temperature.
